and Film released its fifth album: Kalpulli "Mixcoatl." This
album became an instant hit in the Los Angeles underground music scene
and eventually paved the way for conscious Mexica/Xicano hip-hop. The
collaborating artists on the album were Yaotl, Bulldog, Phoenix, Malok,
Huehuecoyotl, Urban Native Son, Tekolotl, and Long Wind, with the beats
